I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, such as recognizing my Gold Ambassador status and providing a room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a wide variety of local dishes tailored to different tastes, a lovely touch.

The concierge team provided really good assistance. Mr Smulin was particularly noteworthy, offering prompt responses and efficient help with my travel arrangements. I enjoyed a fine lake view from my room, which greatly enhanced my overall experience.

The distance from the lobby to my room was somewhat inconvenient.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at Intercontinental Kunming. The spacious rooms were clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel staff, particularly Ivy and Sakura, were great, providing excellent service. The Club room package was worth it, with a delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening buffet included. The hotel's gym was well-equipped, although the spa was a bit pricey. Despite being located away from the city center, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this lovely hotel in beautiful Kunming for a nice stay.

Located by a beautiful lake, this resort offers a peaceful retreat. the spacious rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the staff provides great service and the breakfast spread is delicious. Take a walk in the resort's tropical garden or enjoy a swim in the pool. Hire a bike to explore the city or visit Yunnan Minorities Village and Xi Shan's Longmen.

The front desk staff could benefit from improvement.

We were impressed by the resort-like feel of the hotel. The large, well-decorated rooms were set in a gorgeous garden, offering a peaceful getaway. The staff were excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the surprise they organized for my mom's birthday.

The hotel could improve its transportation services. While they offer limousine services, not having access to ride-hailing apps in China made taxis a hassle.

Not one thing.

Great property next to an important convention center. the room was spacious and the breakfast was sumptuous. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is far from the city, which ensures a quiet and relaxing stay. Plus, the hotel recognizes its loyal guests with some special benefits.

The walk from the lobby to my room was quite long. communicating with some of the service personnel was very difficult as they did not speak my language.

This venue was breathtaking! the staff were friendly and the service was impeccable. There was an indoor swimming pool and a Spa & wellness centre, which was fantastic. Our room had luxurious amenities such as a private facilities and an exclusive garden area. the in-room breakfast was phenomenal with a great selection to choose from. We had a great time savouring the snacks and drinks in the Bar/Lounge area, which had delicious options. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre.
